Here at Through the Grace of Shea we are committed to providing one of a kind products and customer service. Therefore, please read the following to get clarity on how we process orders and shipping. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to all of our orders being handmade processing can take 5-7 days. Please note this is separate from the actual shipping time frame. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Los Angeles. Delivery times are taking longer than expected during this time. USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and other political circumstances that out of our control. We strongly advise you monitor your tracking number for any possible delays.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but its appears the package may have actually been stolen. Please contact your local post office to file a dispute.
Please note some leasing offices handles shipping and receiving in apartment/multi-unit buildings. They will require the name on the package received to be the registered name on the lease in order for you to receive your package. They will return to sender because of this. It is your responsibility to input the correct information in the shipping details when ordering. If your package is returned back to us, you will be responsible for shipping fees to send back to you.
